Senior Advisor, Strategic Corporate Planning & Personnel Development

Ms. Bigby-Sanders is a Senior Advisor of Strategic Corporate Planning and Personnel Development for Vanbarton Group. Within this role, she works closely with the Managing Partners and senior personnel to identify and assess strategic gaps and implement solutions to maximize growth and improve business and personnel performance. Previously, Ms. Bigby-Sanders spent 30 years with the Los Angeles County Employee Retirement Association (LACERA), where she most recently served as an Investment Officer with overall responsibility for the global real estate investment activities of the public pension fund. LACERA’s real estate investment holdings include office, retail, industrial, multi-family, single family hotel, and debt situated throughout the United States, Western Europe, and Asia. Ms. Bigby-Sanders holds an MBA in Finance from Ashford University, and a BS degree from Cal State University of Los Angeles. She also served as a Member on the NCREIF PREA Reporting Standards Council.
