Trevor Lundquist

Vice President, Asset Management

Trevor is a Vice President at Vanbarton Group, where he helps oversee office, multifamily, and mixed-use asset classes located throughout the West Coast. Prior to joining Vanbarton, Trevor was an Advisory & Asset Management professional at Century Urban, where he managed all aspects of the asset-level value creation for properties within the firm’s real estate portfolio and provided underwriting support for the firm’s advisory clients. He began his career at Deloitte before transitioning into commercial real estate as an Office Leasing and Investment Sales Associate at Kidder Mathews. Trevor received a B.S. in Accounting from Santa Clara University and has a Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment certification from MIT.
