Othaniel is an experienced Accounts Receivable Director at Vanbarton Group, where she is responsible for various functions including lease administration, account reconciliation, invoice generation, managing billing systems, and overseeing distributed teams. She previously worked as an Accounts Receivable Manager at Empire State Realty Trust, where she successfully built a small AR team from two staff members to 10 employees as the company went public and expanded from one landmark building to 18 Class A buildings in the portfolio. Her responsibilities included creating standard operating procedures, managing cash, billing, and collection teams, and writing narratives to facilitate effective communication between teams. Othaniel also has experience in Accounts Receivable Management/ staff roles at Kew Management, SL Green Realty, Vornado Realty Trust, and Tishman Speyer, where she provided collections, lease administration, property accounting, billing, and other services. She holds an Associates in Arts from the Borough of Manhattan Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Long Island University – Brooklyn.
