Melissa Seidl

Controller

Melissa is a Controller at Vanbarton Group where she is responsible for investor accounting, reporting, finance, and treasury functions for several funds. Prior to joining Vanbarton Group, Melissa was a Senior Accountant at Brookfield Asset Management where she led the affiliate transaction reporting process and handled all aspects of accounting and reporting for the company’s flagship real estate funds and separately managed accounts. She also worked in Public Accounting at PwC providing auditing, accounting, and consulting services primarily to real estate investment companies. Melissa received a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Connecticut. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
