Katie Maleszewski

Managing Director, Investor Relations

Katie is the Managing Director of Investor Relations at Vanbarton Group, where she oversees investor reporting materials, facilitates investor presentations, maintains relationships with the firm’s separate account investors, and is an integral part of the fundraising process. Additionally, she is responsible for overseeing the execution and advancement of Vanbarton’s ESG strategy, program, and initiatives and is a founding member of Vanbarton’s ESG Committee. Katie joined Vanbarton in 2015 as the Vice President of Client Services after spending seven years in BlackRock’s Real Estate Product Specialist and Account Management groups.

Katie received a Master of Urban Planning from New York University, a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Sustainability and Innovation from Harvard University Extension School, and a B.A. in Business Administration from University of Florida. Additionally, she is a Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) Credential Holder, a LEED Green Associate, and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
