Frank Scaffa

Director of Operations, Property Management and Construction (East Coast)

Frank is the Director of Operations for Property Management and Construction at Vanbarton Group, where he oversees the design, construction, maintenance, and property management of commercial and residential properties across a variety of East Coast markets. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Frank served as the Global Head of Capital Planning and Property Management at WeWork, where he helped scale and oversaw a global team in multiple cities around the world. Previously, Frank was a Vice President of Portfolio Management at SL Green, and focused on capital improvements and property management across a 10 million SF Class A portfolio. Frank has over 15 years of experience in the industry and received a B.S. in Engineering from SUNY Maritime College and a M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Development from New York University.
