Carley Allen

Managing Director

Carley is a Managing Director at Vanbarton Group, where she leads asset management of the Firm’s operating office, multifamily, and mixed-use assets throughout the U.S., which includes oversight of business plan formation and execution through disposition. She has diverse expertise in all asset management activities, including restructurings, refinancings, investment due diligence, investment strategy formation, and distressed transactions. Carley spearheads the recruitment of asset management analysts and associates. Additionally, Carley oversees Vanbarton’s senior in-house operational team members and plays a leading role in building and maintaining the Firm’s capital partner relationships.

Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Carley originated and underwrote a range of commercial mortgage products including general account, CMBS, and agency loans at PGIM Real Estate. Carley received her B.S. from Virginia Tech and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
